Tamborine Sustainable Gardeners Society Inc. (TSGS)is a local group of keen gardeners with an interest in gardening in a sustainable way. We are based 60km south of Brisbane, South-East Queensland.

Members range as far away as Tweed Heads.

Our philosophy encompasses the concepts of Permaculture, Organics and other sustainable methods of gardening. The main focus of the society is on growing the best fruit and vegetables possible for our own consumption and sharing information on the best methods available.

The people involved in the society have a passion for their gardens and the food it can produce. Some of our members are on larger properties and thus experience in the design, landscaping, irrigation and other management issues are available to the club. Other members on suburban blocks have a broad range of experience in the growing of native plants, food and its preparation.
